EOSIO, a blockchain software, is the latest project launched by a group of serial tech entrepreneurs and established professionals that believe in the disruptive nature of blockchain technology. EOSIO software will allow developers and businesses to build real enterprise-level applications on the blockchain and permit, amongst other things, the parallel processing of transactions and the elimination of transaction fees. 


Our management team and shareholders are comprised of key and influential experts and stakeholders within the blockchain industry, including those who have already launched successful startups, as well as seasoned professionals from financial and legal institutions who have a strong track record of success.


As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to perform office and administrative duties to assist executive management. Successful candidates provide high-level administrative support and have the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. This role will support two executives who regularly travel between Northern Virginia and Blacksburg. 



Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including:

  • Serve as principal administrative liaison with internal and external contacts

  • Screen calls and manage calendars

  • Arrange complex and detailed travel, meeting and event arrangements

  • Composes and prepares correspondence

  • Create itineraries and agendas

  • Compiles and completes expense reports

  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and email

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports

  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment 



  • 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant or operations role in a company that has scaled quickly

  • Associates Degree in Business Management or similar is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Provided executive support at the EVP, President, or COO level in large scale (over 300 staff) organizations

  • Experience with complex / full calendaring including rescheduling processes and prioritization of interrupts

  • Demonstrated history of working and coordinating with senior leadership

  • Crisp communication and interpersonal skills

  • Management and protection of confidential information

  • Proven organizational skills and capability with business management and reporting

  • Proficiency in Google Suite

  • Experience assisting in planning events and meetings

  • Quick adaptation to new technologies and systems

  • Self-starter, solution focused

  • Friendly and professional demeanor 


Job Requirements: 

  • Working hours will be 8:30AM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday

  • Employee must travel to Blacksburg two times per year for 1-2 days
