HR Administrator

To support our expansion we require an experienced HR Administrator to support our Human Resource Team.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to various stakeholders on daily employee relations issues
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development programs to enhance employee awareness of the organization
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leave management, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Participate in the implementation of various HR initiatives and ad hoc projects

Experience & qualifications

  • Proven experience HR Generalist experience in a corporate environment
  • Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and current laws and regulations
  • Proactive and positive attitude with the drive to push initiatives forward
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • BA in Business administration or relevant field
