Through its affiliate, Block.one Hong Kong provides software development and consultancy services through its office in Central, Hong Kong. As Block.one scales its offices in Hong Kong and USA we are building disruptive solutions based on the latest technological innovations and trends.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team to plan, build, deliver, and produce positive outcomes for a Product launched by Block.one. This position will

Key responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Drive product launches by working with a cross functional team including public relations, executives, and other business teams
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Regular travel will be required. Must be able to travel to the USA.

Experience & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of product management or other relevant experience
  • Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
  • Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics
  • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
