We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Northern Virginia. The Talent Acquisition Lead plans, develops, manages and oversees talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.
Determine staffing needs and produce forecasts.
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Design, implement and regularly evaluate recruitment processes to ensure hiring goals are met.
Design, plan and manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Plan and execute employer branding activities.
Create and implement employee referral programs.
Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment.
Develop college recruiting programs.
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
Design and facilitate employee training.
Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
Assist in employee retention and development initiatives.
Plan for and attend career fairs and networking events.
Determine HR and recruiting KPIs.
Create and present KPI reports to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with considerable independence and make decisions requiring applications of judgment based on the knowledge of policies, procedures, and operating practices.
Sense of urgency with the ability to respond and follow through in a timely and efficient manner.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
